I'm new to HM2 and would like to know what are the best stats to use on HUD? Also what other software should an experienced player, but not with extra software, use along with HM2 for micros stakes MTT's?

I include following stats to my hud:
name / hands
vpip / pfr / wtsd
steal / fold to steal / 3bet / fold to 3bet / 3bet vs hero
flop cbet / fold to flop cbet / turn cbet / fold to turn cbet /af postflop
I play cash so I don't know if they are optimal for tournament player. If you don't quite understand yet how to use some of the stats, just don't include them and keep your hud simple. There is also plenty of videos about hud stats, just go to the videos section and search "hud". 
Thanks. I think low stakes MTT's and cash are a little different but these would be helpful I think in MTT's. Thanks again for the info.
De Hud info of la55i looks pretty good I think.

Some cash game stats like WTSD are useless in MTTs because you're always in different stack size and it mixes the stat completely. And as well many stats you will never get good samplesize so you will not need them.
I have most of the stats I need to look very often in my HUD.
Name/Stacksize/Hands
VPIP/PFR/Steal/FoldBBtoBTNSteal/FoldBBtoSBSteal
3bet/Foldto3bet/Call3bet/4bet Total
AF/Cbet/fold2cbet/Raise Cbet/Check-Raise Cbet OOP
Mostly what I look from Pop-ups are Raise 1st % from different positions.
