how many tables u guys recommend for a beginner to start playing in SSS?

I think 3 or even maybe 4
But of course stick to the basics and have the charts around you 
Basic SSS is very easy to follow. Just do not start to invent some new staff and you will be fine 
Start with 1 if you have no clue at all. Take 2 if you know a little bit and take more as soon as you feel comfortable with it.
I'd recommend 1 to get to know the software
once you're used to the software and betting the right amount open another one
after that, if u get bored open another one (and another,....)
make sure u never time out/don't know what to do and time out/make wrong decisions because of the timebank pressure/... because u're playing too much tables then ♦
