Are these normal for a FRFL player, I am using the SHC for FL on PS.
I only have access to the basic Elephant which is why I only have these stats.

I don't remember VPIP & PFR for fullring, but I can say your aggression is OK..
But how it's possible to have WTS 50 and not be losing with -5BB/100 "winrate"?? Standard for SH is 37-39 (or 36-40 if being more general), so it should be lower for FR: I'd say 35% is enough.. Even if you're on upswing, your WTS can't get higher than on 40% over small but decent samplesize (500 hands)..
In general, you're calling down too much. It's very general and it all depend on your samplesize, because it's possible to have 50 WTS after 150 hands, but if you looked for 500+, think seriously about working on your postflop play (especially odds & outs article - there's helpful table on 3rd page).
Other players will have more valueable suggestions I think
