Previously, you'd have to use the Net+ virtual Mastercard like a debit card to fund Skrill; since recently, Neteller is listed among direct upload options at Skrill's site. Both ways result in a 1.9% fee, and the only way to surpass that is to become a reputable member of some money transfer group in some other poker community (posting such requests at Pokerstrategy is prohibited by the forum rules).
