This is most likely a tournament as well. So I moved it to the appropriate board as well.

This player seems pretty tight on a low sample. So you don’t have appropriate 3bets stats as well, but I missed this info anyway and calling with a small stack isn’t great either. So this is a shove/fold spot for me and I would make a tight fold here without any reads or 3bet stats on him.

Unless you have any specific reads on his 3-bets, I would fold to his 3bet, because of the awkward stack sizes. Even though the hand is pretty, you will rarely get called by hands that you are ahead of, if you shove

imho, w 25bbs+, calling just 3bbs ip w AQs... I dont think its a bad play at all.
We have more options in position, being easier to play.
