0,1/0,25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.67 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♥, Q♦
3 folds, BU raises to $1,00, SB folds, Hero raises to $3,00, BU raises to $5,00, Hero calls $2,00.

Flop: ($10,10) 6♠, 3♦, A♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU checks.

Turn: ($10,10) A♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $5,00, Hero calls $5,00.

River: ($20,10) 9♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU checks.

Final Pot: $20,10

Min4-bet preflop was very suspicios (like inviting to shove).

Bet turn? Call turn?
As played (it took my a long while after I called the turn), bet river to represent an ace?

Nh, I play the same way.

I 5bet/shove preflop in blinds vs BU against this player (24/9 and 15$ stack)

as played nh
its WA/WB on this board so c/c is good

Shoving 22$ to win 9$ seems too much.
I'd make 10$ 5-bet and if he shoves then I'd call.
If he calls then I'd shove any flop.
I think you can play for stacks pf, since your hand is too strong.
