New to equilab, are hand ranges for calling or raising???

Welcome on the PokerStrategy forum.
In equilab you can make all kind of hand ranges. So you can make calling and raising ranges.
If you have more questions about equilab don’t hesitate t ask them.

Not as such. There is a small help file within the program and a brief introduction here. there ia also a short introduction video here.
I just managed to find a more detailed video which you can view at Equilab Live with Bierbaer.
