AA First hand, flops quads. Didn't know how to handle

I dont think you played it horrible - as Perry mentioned, valuebetting will never work if he doesnt have anything. I think it is important to realize, not only in this hand, but in many hands; that when you hit the flop like this, then you will rarely be playing for stacks - the villian rarely has anything here and being the first hand in the tourny he wont go mental with some strange bluffing

With this dry board u could go for the "small ball" game betting, really small, 3 streets.

The only thing I can think of is open raising bigger in the first rounds (4-5 bb) and keep on giving out free cards to make him hit something.

Yep. In fact, as hero played, he made a good move letting villain draw one more card, than some flushdraws and Tx could now call him ott. But give up beting turn also I think he is loosing EV w that play.

So it would be more +eV to just bet after the flop? And maybe the really small bets would be an idea, but usually that tells that you have something big doesn't it?

On a dry board like this it makes not too much different how you play quads here. If he don’t have anything if you give him a free river card as well. Then he will fold the river as well if you play it tricky again, but most likely on the long run you get most likely more value with betting the flop at the 25c stakes. All players are passive there.

Not necessarily. By poker theory, the smaller u bet, the more hands villain can call. So u are trying to make he calls w the weaker part of his range that he thinks it could have a chance against u (and he ll be doing it right, since its getting a good price for it). This way u extract more value for ur nut hand.
