How can I get ticket to the pokerstars double action freeroll, when i already am a pokerstars user ?
or is that impossible ?

If you already have a PokerStars account you indeed won't be able to play the Double Action freerolls. 
Perhaps you could participate in one of our other promotions though. You can find an overview of all current promotions, including an overview of promotions on all our partner rooms, here: Promotions

That's correct.
You can't play the freeroll if you've already made your first deposit to both PokerStars and Full Tilt, but there's a twist - if you refer players to PokerStrategy.com via our Tell-a-Friend programme and they cash in a freeroll, you'll receive an equivalent amount in your Tell-a-Friend account!
There is no limit on the number of friends invited (plus they can get free welcome bonuses at PokerStars and Full Tilt as new users).
