I think shove is not very bad.. Ofc both BTN and BB have 99 in their range, 2x is not so likely. BTN seems to have some sort of 3betting range so he definitely should not have AA or KK here. I think I would just call his raise and re-evaluate OTT but shoving is not so terrible here imo. When BTN raises his range is probably 99-QQ and FDs. If his range is QQ-99,AdTd+,KdQd we have 60% equity.

I would like the shove more if you would not have J♦: in your hand. Now that you hold the J♦: you block villains J♦:Q♦:,K♦:J♦:,A♦:J♦:,J♦:T♦: that he could be raising with.

I would indeed raise here with two over cards + FD. But most villains on nl5 will not.

I prefer calling with your J♦:J♣: here. By shoving you don't get value from bluffs. (if he raises the flop as a bluff he can continue to bluff on the turn when you call.)

Shoving is a bad idea. Villain is raising vs 2 on flop, board is paired. Call and see a turn.

BTNs raise vs 2 people on the flop means big hand. Either one of them could have slow played AA, KK pre flop, and both of them are capable of have 99 here. I know it's hard to fold an overpair in these spots, but you're gonna have to learn to make those folds sometimes.

Shoving's rather half-baked idea, I assume you haven't thought which worse hands might have called you.

I am folding on the flop. The button should be bluffing extremely little against two and raise as a bluff even less. The board is also not multiway enough to make raising with flush draws profitable, besides the board is paired. The button has very few value hands to do this with, but also extremely few bluffs. We are also in risk of getting caught in the middle. The BB can easily have a duck in his hand, he called 2bb 3-ways preflop which is almost legit with any two suited (versus people getting it in with JJ overs:D).

Ur hand ends up being just a pair. In a multiway pot, this hand is not good enough facing a big raise from villain against two. Depending how passive villain is, I m folding otf already.
