Hey Oshriosh,
Welcome to the forums. 
To actually play them you would need an account at either PokerStars or FullTilt created by using our marketing code and/or affiliate links. Then you would need to make your 1st deposit. You would then be eligible to play all the freerolls in the current series.
If this is not possible, then you can also refer friends and if they cash, you will receive the equivalent amount in your T-a-F account.
