Calling his min3bet IP with KQs is fine, but you have to be cautious if you hit a flop like this.
Calling on the flop is fine.
I prefer checking behind the turn for pot control.

+1, you are protecting from nothing and your hand is far from very strong, you are turning your hand more or less into a floatbluff on the turn.

Unless you have reads that player would 3-bet with wide range you should probably fold it pf.
Postflop you´re playing for stacks if you hit tp, so I like your flop and turn play.
