I play micro MTT's and micro cash games, for now, need to better myself and grind some more to get to upper limits.

I can recommend you check out w34z3l's 6max walkthrough - (microstakes edition) for cash games and Asaban's MTT Beginner Coaching: Discussion and feedback thread.

A lot of useful information in those threads which should get you more profit.
