Spoiler

$4.40 pot ($0.25 rake)
Final Board: A 3 9 7 4
SB showed K A and won $4.15 ($1.97 net)
Hero showed J A and lost (-$2.18 net)

The villain is 60/40 from 30 hands, 3bet 27.3%, AF: 16 (10/4/2 on streets)

Because of his stats, the plan for this hand was to call him all the way to showdown, without putting too much emphasis on his aggression.

Would you have played this hand differently?

You played fine, yet i'm wondering if folding already on the flop won't be too tight, been paying great of attention to that kinda gay-raises when i was playing micros myself, the vast majority of them are strong, nutsish hands.

Against a reg or a calling station I would fold the hand without any second thought. The very loose stats of the villain kept me in the hand. I know, I have only 30 hands, but this is the best I have.

I would put the villain on AQ+ 88+ , x/r on dry flop strongly suggests a set. I would fold on the flop. At this level not too nitty.

Vs this player you played this fine. It is only 30 hands though but I think we can call villain a fish :)

Minraise in 3bet pot indicate strong hand, especially x/r. But against those kind of player I'm taking line that hero played.
If river bet would be bigger I'm folding river.

What would you say about xb flop? Board is dry, AK/AQ still dominate us and we keep the pot small.
