MP looks quite tight, you could flat this pre but I guess 3bet is not terrible.
Flop is fine.
OTT according to baluga theorem you can/must fold if you face a raise and hold less than top 2 pair.

Here folding is ok but I don't think calling is so bad. We might be splitting with another AK or then he has AhXh. If we give him 55-22,AKs,AhQh,AhJh,AhTh,AKo we have 50% equity. I calculated very quickly (might be incorrect) that we must have 33% for a call.

Playing on NL2, villain can be set mining with any PP here (even though he is OOP). Seeing a call pre, low PPs obv. isn't the most likely thing that villain have, but when he effectively check/reshove the turn, I would fold it thinking that he most of the time has us beat. You are only beating poorly played AQ/AJ and FDs. Being at NL2 I dont think it is impossible that villain has low PPs, low suited connectors and even A2, A3, A4 and A5.

Super easy fold on the turn. There's no way people should play Ax with a flushdraw, or AQ like this. Mostly you will see a set. NL2-NL25 --> respect their raises!

Unfortunately the low flop hits the caller's range. Hero's fold on villains turn shove is standard I guess.

MP calls the raise OOP with 22 33 44 55? Despite of the limit we shouldn't preconceive that's the standard play at nl2.

I am not saying it is a good play, but I think it is normal to see people calling 3bets OOP with low pocket pairs, specially at NL2

The reason I was calling, was that he was kind of tight, and I was therefore putting him in a defend range TT-QQ and AK. And I do not often see loose calls from tight players in NL2 when it comes to 3-bet pots. Unfortunately he did call 22 in this situation :f_frown:
Thanks for all the answers btw, very helpful :f_biggrin:

Even if villain does this with draws he has a chance of improving while we do not have such.
Folding is the right play on turn.

Yes, Baluga of course (need 2p+ to call turn raise). Then there is the fact that he invests 85 to win 50 offering you 135:67 (about 2:1). He shouldn't be bluffing very often.

Just make sure you have enough in your range to be able to call with more than AAA here if you are worried about getting exploited (small worries about that at NL2).
