Yes you could. You could fold this pre since you will be playing OOP postflop but I think calling his 3bet is not terrible. When you hit your set you could bet yourself but going for check is ok also I guess. OTT there is 2 possible flush draws and some straight draws so just 3bet shove here. I think you could bet river a bit bigger because villain seems interested in the pot.

Sorry but some vital information is missing:
What is the game level? NL2 I think.
What are the starting stacksizes?
What is the potsize on each street?

The hand has been followed by tracking software given the stats. You could post the hand from the tracking software or by using SideKick.

This is pretty sure NL2 and I have already moved this hand earlier today to the hand discussion board, because its fits better there. Also isn’t a bad idea to check our https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=267242 thread. There you can find also a lot of information how you can post a hand the appropriate way.
