Yes you could. You could fold this pre since you will be playing OOP postflop but I think calling his 3bet is not terrible. When you hit your set you could bet yourself but going for check is ok also I guess. OTT there is 2 possible flush draws and some straight draws so just 3bet shove here. I think you could bet river a bit bigger because villain seems interested in the pot.

What is the potsize on each street?

This is pretty sure NL2 and I have already moved this hand earlier today to the hand discussion board, because its fits better there.
