Fyp. I have moved it to the hand discussion forum, because it’s fits better there. If you’re not familiar with the English language you can always post a hand again in our German forum.

If I was you I would newer raise or re-raise on every street or you have reads he min 3bets more often pre-flop. Then you could consider a 4bet.

As played I would consider a fold on the turn. I don’t think he will never bluff in to 2 players and that’s pretty much the only thing you can beat here I think. As played you can’t fold the river either for 3bb more, but that’s my opinion as cash game fish.

Cheers,

You can fold turn but as you played it, it is not a big mistake.

This is a challenge: what kind of game is this? NL? Pot Limit?
What is the blind structure? NL2, NL25?

Preflop:
Hero is UTG and raises. An UTG raise indicates a big hand most of the time.
UTG+1 has position on UTG and calls. This he can do with big hands and with speculative hands. With his top hands (QQ+ & AK) he probably would have reraised.
The SB min-raises. He knows he OOP on the following streets or least he should know this.
If Hero thinks the SB is a dimwit he should 4-bet big to deny UTG+1 to call and plays heads up against the SB.
If the SB is a capable player he knows that on a min-raise his villains will almost never fold. So knowing his opponents have good hands, he couldn't squeeze. He knows his tophands (AA, KK) lose value in multiway pots. He could however play his AA/KK this way to induce a 4-bet from the early positions.
How does Hero percieve his pocket Jacks? Is it a top hand that could win a multiplayer showdown unimproved? Is it a bluff-catching hand? Is it in his opinion a speculative hand and does Hero go for set-mining?

Unfortunely no stats are given.
So against an unknown, Hero has here to 4-bet to know how to rate his hand.

@Seitama: Next time you want your hand analyzed, you should really ad as much stats as possible. Is this NL2, NL5 etc, the type of player who made that min 3-bet (if loose and somewhat nuts, you could even "4-bet" pre-flop), his frequencies post-flop etc. Without this, it's close to impossible to give you any valid advice.

If we see his line and think this is like NL2, I think you could be calling all 3-streets. It could be a QQ+, but he could be doing this with practically anything he plays with, if he is aggressive enough.
