UTG calls $0.02, MP folds, CO raises to $0.06, BTN raises to $0.16, Hero ???
Given we're OOP I'd be 4 betting big here, somewhere around $0.54, my question is how we'd react to two scenarios?
1. CO folds and BTN just calls, we miss the flop completely.
2. Both players just call, and we also miss the flop.
Given CO folds and BTN 5-bets I'd just jam all-in PF; I would fold if CO jams, and BTN goes with it;
Of course if we hit the board, I'd go crazy maniac style trying to get all the value I could get.
But those two scenarios happen pretty often and I'm not very sure how to react, I know that we need to take in consideration history between opponents, so in this particular case I'm thinking about random unknown villains.
