I'm not entirely sure about raising OOP here but I think my hand is good enough. (30 and 40% vpips) Then I didn't cbet Flop because I thought I couldn't represent anything and then tried to steal it anyway on Turn "because it was NL10"

On NL10 should I still often cbet despite boards where I can't really represent anything? I assume I should also stick to my originally planned lines a bit more ;)

I would c-bet here, since a lot of times players just fold, although you´re not really representig a lot of hands.
