e.g.
1. John register on PokerStrategy;
2. Makes his first deposit of $20 on PokerStars;
3. Receives the $20 bonus.
The question is, at that point, can he withdraw $20 and start playing with the free money
Or he must reach a minumum amount of points?

thanks for the question. As with most bonuses and free money offers, players have to play a certain amounts of hands before they are able to withdraw. The best way while speaking to your referrals would be to encourage them to play - the money is free (i.e. they are not losing anything, and can multiply it!).
There are actually a few members who managed to build a nice fat bankroll without depositing themselves in the first months of play. They worked with the free money + bonus offers and it paid off.
