First hand again and I came to a conclusion that a raise 3 times would be best in such situation. If we see a call from both opps we check out how they act ott: we give up to a further action having not the best Ten and no info on the opps (we lose to QT KT AT and 9T and only chop with JT) and if we see a passive play ott we bet ourselves not to give the draws free cards.
I don’t think a limp against most likely 2 passive players isn’t too bad with JTo, but if you want to raise I would make it 5bb (3bb+1bb per limper) pre-flop.
As played the UTG leads in to 4 players and in a spot like this you aren’t too often a big favorite with only top pair weak kicker. So I would call here and her-evaluate the turn. No need to blow up the pot here and you need to fold on a bet as well.

As to raising - I was talking about the flop action. Why would not you raise? Utg can have a second pair and we shake off drawers and we are in position.
If you raise the flop you only raise for info or something, because you don’t get action of worse hands I think.
