We see a too much loose limper in the business and we could want to play a pf in position against him with AT through a 3bet raise. On the other hand we don't want any 3way+ pot, especially without position.
Conclusion: fold and save the money?

It’s a close spot, but with the passive limper in play you can iso raise with ATo from MP1.
