A very strange raise.
What hands could raise so big in such situations?
I find such motives as - don't want to be oop, multiway pot and I am okey to end this hand preflop.
I see 77,88, 99 and TT, AJs,AJo, AQo. We are a little bit underdog to this range and I preferred folding than playing oop with AQo against an aggressor.

I don’t think you can do much than folding pre-flop or you are willing to gamble with AQo with a shove.
I wouldn’t do that so early in the SNG.
