I already have an account on PT4 but I havn't got the program. How do I buy it 'through' pokerstrategy when I already have an account?

You will need to setup a new PT4 account and ensure that you are logged into the new account when you make the purchase.

that means i too can purchase pt4 via pokerstarategy as i too have already have an acc.
and do i get any kind of discount?
and when i will get status update in pokerstarategy it is valid for month or a year?

You have to follow instructions provided HERE.
Your PT4 account has to be linked to pokerstrategy, so just click the button leading to PT website and create a new account there 
The status upgrade will be valid for one month.
