Is this a shove ?
No reason for me to raise and wait for a fold or a re-raise with 11BBs right ?

With antes in play it would be an easy shove for almost 13bb here. Now you get most likely only action of better and if we play against straightforward players or unknowns you can min-raise/fold here with still a decent stack behind, but then there is a decent change you will play out of position against the button. So if the button likes to call a lot you can better shove and otherwise I would min-raise/fold here.
