Simple question: at what BB level does a normal stack become a re-jam stack; and when does the re-jam stack become a shove stack?

It depends a little bit if there is ante in play or not and how big the ante is, but in general I would 3bet shove with a stack of approximately 20bb and shove with a 11 bb stack without antes in play.
If there is ante in play I would shove with a bigger stack. Than it would be 15bb or less. But that depends how big the ante is. How bigger the ante how earlier I would shove. That’s the same with re-shoving and that would be approximately 25bb.

Thanks SDK1987, there are usually antes in the games I play and judging by your advice I've been waiting a bit too long. I've been 3bet shoving at 20bb and shoving under 15bb. I'll adjust the former accordingly.
