Hey guys,

I'm thinking of restarting a blog, cuz just lurking the forums isn't working either.
Currently rebuilding rolls on NL25/50, spewing away lots of stacks cuz it feels like pennies and everyone is nitty as fuck apparentely.

Goals for the month: 75k hands
Get my winrate back up to atleast 5bb ( BE over 35k now due to spews )

I'll just see what i'll post in here, funky hands and maybe some gym related stuff etc.

Threadsaver, else the blog is dead in 1min:

Spoiler

oh posting image is quite easy nowadays. :f_love:

Spew #1: should've played bet/fold OTR, he's checking back everything i beat and he shouldn't really have any bluffs or worse Vbets:

Since starting this blog i'm on a doomswitch, down 10BI+ in 2 days. Was just crawling out of the hole and then this stupid hand popped up.

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

SB: $36.04 (144.2 bb)
BB: $8.37 (33.5 bb)
MP: $25 (100 bb)
CO: $25 (100 bb)
Hero (BTN): $40.06 (160.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with J 8
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.50, SB raises to $1.75, BB folds, Hero raises to $4.50, SB calls $2.75

Flop: ($9.25) 5 9 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5, SB calls $5

Turn: ($19.25) Q (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $7.25, SB calls $7.25

River: ($33.75) 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $23.31 and is all-in, SB calls $19.29 and is all-in

Results:

Spoiler

$72.33 pot ($3 rake)
Final Board: 5 9 7 Q 7
SB showed Q A and won $69.33 ($33.29 net)
Hero showed J 8 and lost (-$36.04 net)

Maybe this river wasn't the best of rivers to bluff, but then again his range is so much TT/JJ imo doubt if i have worse hands here. Don't understand his flop float...

And another thing i noticed is that regs have preflop figured out alot better than lets say a year ago, i'm going all monkey in some spots if i think they're unbalanced but after a few K hands their stats even out properly :(

In hindsight perhaps just call pre seeing were deeper and he'll probably 3b/call more often than 3b/folding. And 4bet Axs due to blockers. But those also play ok in 3bete pots due to drawing to nutflush :(

There's no shame in folding either... :f_drink:

Yea i should fold alot more really, working on it as we speak, playing alot looser than most and calling too often is just a plan for disaster.

Had a little heart attack this morning, moved my laptop to another desk with another screen. Tried to start it, screen went all blue, tried again, still blue. (already spilled water on it 6months ago, it wouldn't boot back again aswell).
But apparentely this time the 2nd screen didn't get any power and my login screen was actually on that screen so nothing to worry.

Cutting back a bit on tables, trying to notice leaks in others game instead of playing autopilot.

Good luck with spewing, but hopefully you will win more than you lose :gl:

Soo yesterday i figured playing on a smaller site /w more rakeback, BUT also paying more rake in the end doesn't accomplish that much. Especially if the field is not that fishy at all, you just end up trading the blinds with nitty regs. And if i spew a stack or 2 it takes a loooooong time to regain them. So i thought, why not play on my old site and bumhunt a bit more on my old nl50, massive upswing of 10BI, wanted to go even higher so shotted NL100 at the same time but ran FH<FH there so just stayed on NL50.

The 10BI upswing on nl50 basicly made me BE PreRB this month.. :)

Sooo played another late session last night(till 3-4AM), it's way more fishier around that time. so i'll keep on doing that i think. If all my Aces and kings and other big holdings kept standing i would've easily won 6-10BI, now only 1,5.
One reg got quite mad at me, i had a massive whale on my direct right and kept isolating him to 6bb, and my stats went quite high to 40/35, so he thought i was a whale aswell. (He played 15/13). And then this hand happened vs him, he went quite balistic in chat afterwards, might've scared away my whale even :(

Hero (SB): $179.74 (359.5 bb)
BB: $50.75 (101.5 bb)
UTG: $74.72 (149.4 bb)
MP: $55.40 (110.8 bb)
CO: $42.57 (85.1 bb)
BTN: $50 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T T
UTG folds, MP raises to $1.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $5, BB folds, MP calls $3.50

Flop: ($10.50) J 7 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $4.20, MP calls $4.20

Turn: ($18.90) T (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $13.47, Hero raises to $58.37, MP calls $32.73 and is all-in

River: ($111.30) A (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results:

Spoiler

$111.30 pot ($3 rake)
Final Board: J 7 4 T A
Hero showed T T and won $108.30 ($52.90 net)
MP mucked 7 7 and lost (-$55.40 net)

Also FUNSTORY:

I had my first Motorcycle lesson again of the season, didn't take any lessons in the winter, cuz DUHH COLD AND STUFF.
But anyway, my instructor told me to keep a bit more distance at a stoplight, i was standing still but yea, i forgot my motor has a bit more horse power than the scooter that was in front of me. So i took a bit more distance and slowing down. The girl on the scooter on the other hand just kept going without paying attention and the car in front of her had to turn and ofcourse brake, she didn't see this and had to brake full power at the last second --> flies over her scooter. And i'm standing there uhhhh what am i supposed to do now.
Afterwards my instructor even told she just got her driver's license by him LOL. Pretty awkward having your license a few months and the first accident you get your instructor is there to help :')
