If I were him I'd bluff-allin to such blockbet with any hand.

people on NL25 dont recognize what a blockbet is. In fact, as it looks like a valuebet, its very hard to raise(esp for stacks) as a bluff.
About the hand, with the villain being a fish, I would shove river.
Against a reasonable opponent(who wont call turn only on FD btw), kaisersoze's option is best.

You have less than potsize left.
It is easy shove to me.

Yeah, but to sum up this situation is overall nor profitable for me and profitable for him, I mean him calling pot size bets with pure FD knowing I am strong ?

It is close when you bet pot on the turn, then he has to get better pot odds than 2-1 to hit his flush. If he puts also implied odds that you´d stack off with overpair then he may call, but sometimes you have A high fushdraw or set and he also gets reversed implied odds if you should hit boat and he flush.
So it is not ver profitable him calling your potsize bets with flushdraw.
