After a limp/raise, a check/raise seems quite possible on the flop, but I couldn't fold to it (and don't want to run into AA-TT, AJ+).
When he checked the turn, I really though about betting, but feared he had AJ+ and was playing it passive. Same thing on the river.
Where should/shouldn't I bet vs unknown?
