I wouldn't valuebet here either I think, against those 2 opponents it's too likely that 1 of them has a flush/straight.

After the check/raise you should definitely fold! What do you expect to see here that you beat?

I like bet/fold here the most. CO probably has overcards and will fold and MP1 can easily have just a pair with which he might call again. If you get raised you have to fold.

Check/call is no option as nearly only better hands will bet.
Check/fold against two passive opponents looks to weak to me. The pot is pretty big so you don't have to win very often.

It's a check behind since you're last to act, so there is no real counterside to checking except for the fact that you might miss value :P

Ouch. ;) Good point.

But you would still bet?

No. I thought somehow that we are out of position so we bet for value. The valuebet should be better than check/call but worse than check/fold. Let's say you lose 0,5BB by that bet but you would lose 0,8BB if you check call and you lose the pot if you check/fold. So bet/fold is better than check/call.
If you get a free showdown it should be better for sure as you lose nothing.
