You can bet small.

On a side note, that flop check-back is a very good play.

I would make a small value bet here. Villain stabs turn but checks river, it is pretty clear that we are ahead. He might call a small bet with weaker Ax, Jx or something. I think we don't lose anything by betting.

And the sizing could be around 1/3 - 1/2 pot. Like 0.80$.
