Pre decided to 4bet to take pot down or isolate the UTG and I got the worst result and got 3 callers and I'm OOP.

Flopped gutshot+overs but decided not to cbet into 3 on this board + there is 2 fishes that are not folding if they hit something.

So I played it passively. Then I hit a king otr but can I call or fold?

Or should I have bet otr by myself? I don't remember what my reason was for not betting. I think that it was that they all have weak ranges because they all went x/x and I would not get calls often so I decided to let some one bet into me.
