Villain's line looks weird - c/c, c/minraise, b/c. On the turn I could have jammed but by that time I put him on TP, 2 pair type of hands (though JJ, AA also likely) and didn't want to close the action. On the river I figured I beat him because 1/3 looks weak and just shoved.

Villain could slowplay JJ, AA, AJ sometimes on this flop because those don't need so much protection.
OTT he might have those sets, 2 pair or strong draw like QhTh. I would have shoved here.
River 1/3 isn't necessarily super weak. Flush completes so he might bet small with sets, 2pair and weak flushes to get you to call with AQ for example. I would have just called here.

Bet bigger on flop and turn.
OTT vs a raise you should push.
As played, you can just call and make a note.

I don't see anything calling that river raise that you beat. The only draw got there.

I wouldn't raise the river. Anything beside that was good
