Was my mistake to check and then to fold?

On river i wouldn't call. I think i would bet 400 on turn and fold to raise.

freerolls are mad, imo just shove with KK preflop you are bound to get callers that you have dominated anyway

I bet/fold the turn unless I get odds to chase my flush draw or whatever...

by betting you get some information maybe expensive information but at least you won't get bluffed on the river or whatever...

for the river you gotta fold... You showed weakness on the turn so he might be bluffing... but it's just too expensive

I dont know... this line is OK imo. If you fold to these kind of riverbets

Although I do prefer betting turn, something small like 350 chips.

Hi all,

Nice hand well played.

Bet/folding the turn just sucks (imo) because we have a hand both with showdown value and equity against better hands. So if we bet, we should at least bet/call. And if we bet/call, then we just get more chips in behind by folding out worse hands.

In a freeroll I'm tempted to call the river... but fold's fine too. If he bet smaller I'd definitely make the call.
