Sharkscope is now banned on PS which you may allready know...
I just want to clear up a missconception
Pokerstars can not check your browser history and see what web
pages you have been visiting in the past.
However, you agree to let them monitor your processes.
That means that every program you have running while using The pokerstars software, will be visible to them.
If you open internet explorer, and goto a web page,
the web page you have open or web pages unless you are using
tabbed browsing and not in the tab sharkscope is in,
will be visible as its title in your process list.
To demonstrate, open internet explorer and olpen a web page.
Then press cntrl alt delete in windows xp, vista etc.
You will see internet explorer listed, and the web page title
next to it.
close the cntrl alt delete window, and change the web page
then press cntrl alt delete again.
Voila.
So as happened to some on Full Tilt,
It is possible you can get a warning, or whatever for having sharkscopes
webpage open.
But again, they can not go and check your history of viewed pages,
and can not see your private saves cookies and passwords etc etc.
but they can tell as of now if you have the web page open at the same
time that you are running the pokerstars software.
