Pokerstars is absolutely the best site. If you don't want to play there but you are looking for high traffic, I guess 888 poker is good. But I wouldn't call 888's rakeback good.. Actually after first depo bonus the rakeback is quite bad.
Some iPoker and microgaming rooms have ok rakeback but the traffic is not so good. iPoker software is bad imo, I don't like the casino advertisements.
Except only 888 is one of pokerstrategy's partner rooms and if I have understood correctly you are not allowed to mention other poker sites or advice others to try those here.
I have no info on those sites cardinhand mentioned and I would say it is better to stay away from those. Those might not be reliable and if you face problems there, you will not get any help from here.
Big Traffic = allot of sharks, be careful. I would also try full tilt. I have a very bad opinion on 888. the software is just horrible. I personally hate it. Combination between Stars & Full - Tilt is for the win:)

I would recommend ipoker, for example I play on Betfair. It has good selection of MTTs at various levels and has good rakeback structure. Feel free to contact me and I can tell you more about their 'own VIP system'.
