Hello, i forgot my security question so netteler told me they will call me to confirm. I can send ids, webcam chats, proof of adress whatever is needed but it has been couple of days and still nothing. Anyone knows how long does this process take?

Sorry I have no idea how long that process takes but sometimes they can be lengthy. Wait a bit more and if you don't hear from them, contact their support again.
Could you call them yourself?
Update got a call from netteler this morning and my account got unlocked took a while but they called
