I'd call flop and raise hard on turn here. On the other hand, there's one opponent behind and his bet on flop is so tiny, a raise should be fine aswell to build the pot and get HU, but therefore I'd raise to ~2.50.
As played, on turn I'd raise to at least $6.50.

Even though the river looks like a clear fold, he could be betting any kind of 2 pair too, so I guess I call and take a note.

This guy is an idiot. I reraise preflop to 2.5$ to isolate him and play HU with position. You want to create a lot of big pots with position against this type of opponents.

If I had reraised PF, I'll probably shove the flop if he donks into me.

As played, I reraise more on the flop, and probably just call down from the turn. Such an idiot could call you with KJo and suddenly thinks he is holding the nuts on this river. So I don't fold here, but I have difficulties folding to river bets

I didnt want to assume that since I had hardly any data on him . . he could have just had an amazing 17 hand streak on the same table : P

So basically I should raise more to get the pot larger and protect against a possible draw. After doing so I can make a call on the river since the pot will be too large to fold?

I like raise more on the flop, since you could represent here a lot of hands than set and he´d b/c here with overpair or Jx.
I´d probably raise 6$ on the turn, since board is now quite drawy and when he leads into me I don´t expect him to fold a lot of hands.
River is difficult: call is fine, fold is fine.
He could easily blockbet here AA or AK or two pair.
