when i setup CO range in equilator: 22+, A3s+, K7s+, Q8s+, J9s+, T9s, ATo+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo and enter flop cards it shows me that i win 48% of the cases. Should i call/reraise his bet?

You give him that range after a min4bet?
AK,QQ+ is a more reasonable one :)
The range you entered may be his initial raising range, but he's folding the very most of it to a 3bet, not to mention the min4betting, that most of the guys on this limit do with nuts.Against his midstack, you cant really call, going allin or folding is the best option. As he's unknown, I would give him respect for the first time and fold it.
On the flop, fold.

he is middlestack and they don´t really act very reasonable.
