Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♥ T♥

fold, MP raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Hero shows J♥ T♥ (Two Pair, Jacks and Tens)
(Pre 39%, Flop 9%, Turn 5%)
SB wins 200.5 BB

pre: standard call (i think)
flop: i make two pair and bet since there is a flush draw
turn: continue betting for value, check raise by villian is pretty scary and i guess i should have folded here but i was blocking two of his sets so i was not too sure. maybe he has QQ - AA. I really think i should have folded but not sure, went for a shove.

is this a fold?

Draws are possible and he might be overplaying his overpairs, and you block JJ,TT. Also if he has a set OTF I think he would usually x/r it there.
I wouldn't fold top 2 pair and if you just call you would leave very little behind so your stack would probably go in either way.
I think shove is ok OTT.

Actually, it is hard not to be stacked here. Top two pair, without closed draws. There is only one problem with your opponent - he is a nit. He still could have a lot of overpair, and QQ+ - he will never fold, Also, nit will never XR turn with a draw. So, probably calling turn and calling river will be fine too.

I don't see a point in calling turn and calling river.

We would be still going all-in but possible draws will see a cheap card and by raising we have still some fold equity.

This is a perfect spot for a squeeze preflop.
As played - it is ok to stack OTT.

There are 2 draws possible and the turn is the right place to stack off.

The only reason to shove OTT would be that villain could be on a very rare draw, right? A nit is simply not doing this with a draw very often, and a sensible nit should decidedly not go broke with AA. (I am saying here that there are extremely few overpairs (he simply called preflop) in his range and even fewer that could call an AI reraise. This goes for his few draws too.) It is not between shoving and folding. It is between calling and folding. Actually, you could reraise, but only as a bluff, hoping he'll folds 66. You can rep JJ/TT. But that would be a rare player.

How about the preflop idea to squeeze?

This is standard call for me but I don't think sqz would be bad.

I do not like calling and playing OOP...in a mw pot...

This is not strong enough for value sqz and not weak enough for bluff imo. And this hand benefits from higher stack to pot ratio. But as I said squeezing this would be ok.

It is perfect to bluff squeeze.
We cannot play profittable in mw big pot.

If you think you can't call with less than 2% of your stack getting 7:2 in direct odds with J♥:T♥:, then you don't understand the nature of suited connectors. It is not a big pot. It is a small pot. It is near perfect for suited connectors, especially this one. The only better scenario is when you have both absolute and relative position. (Here you have the best relative position, with the aggressor on your immediate left. The SB is in the worst relative and absolute position.)

What bluff squeeze hands do you prefer then?

I would go with hands like AJo,KQo and then maybe some lower suited connectors and one gappers.

These are well known. I want the bottom of the squeeze range.

Since the original raiser is MP and we are OOP vs him my bottom would be 54s,65s,64s,75s type of hands.

I can go even wider.

+1

We want high equity card(s) to squeeze and defend more on BB
Call pre-flop was OK and we can stack here OTT IMO
