Overpair first levels

No need to do 4x pre. Too many chips, I believe 3x is ideal.
Flop: I'd call because there is not so many draws on this board, and if he is donkbetting for bluff I'd like him to keep bluffing.
Turn: Turn card do not connect in any way so I'd keep calling to keep his weak range in the hand. Since you raised, I think a bigger size would be better, like 300~~350, so he gets comitted and then you can shove river.
River: Call his shove. This kind of play he makes is very weak and in this level you will see a lot of bad showdowns (A8, A6, 99, 55) and some weird hands. He has some value that beats you like sets and a rivered straight, but it is a very small part of his range and I'd call this river.

I would raise OTF to a potsize to protect our hand and reevaluate it OTT if he calls down (I think we can't really raise for info here with a lot of fishy players around which would play without potodds concept in their heads). OTT I would call him small and would make a tight fold to a big size bet with no info and find a better spot to double up.
OTT as played I think I would just call him a see what he does OTT. Raise will inflate the pot coz you have to raise big to push out draws (which are not likely here by the way). I don't think that we are often ahead on the river if he bets - I would consider calling based on the size of his bet.

The only reasonable hand I see is a set which could call you pre due to the decent pot odds.

On the 50c stake I wouldn’t mind a 4x raise with most likely a lot of passive fish in it.
The flop I would raise for sure against weak lead and to protect your hand as well.

As played I would if I raise make it 3x or so. This way you get more value of him.
Now he will call with his entire range most likely.

The river is nasty without any info on him, but I expect fishy players will do it too often with better hands to make a call profitable here. Even makes his sizing no sense at all here.

Flop raise - he most likely donks 6x, 8x, draws or random overcards, so we get a ton of value and protection. And I dont agree with Luischiavo for only calling. Lets say he bluffs with 2 overcards. If you call his bet of 60 into 240 he gets a really good price for his 6 outs (5:1).

Turn as played raise bigger or call - both ok. We chose a passive line to keep their bluffs, not that its a very good plan but we should be sticking to it. If we call, we can call most rivers or get thin value on safe card. If we raise we can check back or again get very thin value. Min raise is by far the worst option. You are giving away good odds and your hand is really vulnerable.

River is a good fold hes obviously nutted on that card with that sizing.

At these stakes a 4X is fine, the better your hand the more you raise, most players wont notice
I would raise bigger on the flop, I read if someone min bet donks just disregard the bet and cbet 1/2 pot as usual so that would be a raise to around 150, but personally I prefer a bigger raise here, at least 180-200

OTT if/when he donks again I'd raise again, in the micros an overpair is a monster. If someone has TP they think they have the nuts

OTR I'd call for sure, sometimes they have sets or 2 pair, but a lot of the time they just have top pair
If he was drawing to a straight with 97, 9T then he just rivered top pair so thinks he has the best hand
