Did not 3bet pre because UTG was very LAG and I would have to fold to a 4b with AK on this blind level.

Against a loose aggressive player I would make a 3bet for value. So than is calling to passive I think.
Only against a TAG (tight aggressive) player I would call here.

If he calls your 3bet preflop his range will be pretty capped and your cbet or donk raise will look very legit on most flops and he won't bluff profitable. By calling from MP1 you indulge a multiway pot where your hand is playable only if you hit.

The flop call seems tricky as played, but with the second flush draw I would most likely do it as well.
Off course against so many players you could end up against the A♣: if you hit.
