My mom won a entry to the APT in Manilla but she cannot go (due to age and health issues) and since there are no cash refunds would it be able if I go in her place ? Does anyone know the rules in that ?

I'm pretty sure that would be fine, a tickets a ticket.....however im not 100% certain on this, so don't take my word for it. I see no reason for it not to be okay though.

I guess you don't understand mothers, she just plays cause she likes to play. She though she might win the cash prize etc or could play the final without leaving her house. And what do you mean with "you made account with your mom's details there" ? I have my own poker account and i made a account for my mom.
