1) Preflop as far as I understood you decided to take a passive line and try to catch a set otf. I don't think that would be the best option since your hand is playable postlop in a multiple pot often only when you hit a set. On the late positition I would 3bet him and play postflop against him if calls. By not 3betting you found yourself facing a difficult decision where it would have been easier to play against 1 opp in position.
2) As played since SB is an unknown, his range is more capped to fd and low sets and we are most likely behind. I would not play a speculative postflop here and find a better spot.

Pre-flop is a 3bet indeed a fine option against a late open or the MP2 is very tight.
As played you will isolate yourself against better hands and it’s not likely both players will have a flush draw. So I would most likely fold right away, but after your raise you need to fold for sure.
