Flop: (22.5 BB, 2 players) 3♦ J♥ 3♥
Hero checks, BTN bets 10.5 BB, Hero calls 10.5 BB

Turn: (43.5 BB, 2 players) 2♥
Hero checks, BTN bets 21 BB, fold

BTN wins 42 BB

is it ok to call flop here because he can be cbetting me with a lot of draws or overcards. and when turn completes the flush i guess its a fold. should i ever be leading out here instead of checking btw? assuming villians are unknown. because i generally play this way with pocket pairs im wondering if its a leak thats reducing my winrate

It is ok to call once. He can do this with pairs, overcards. ..
If another low card that doesn't complete the flush comes on turn, you can call again.

I would say it is fine to call flop with pairs over 88 even if there is an overcard. Here I would fold turn and even if FD didn't complete I would consider folding.

I agree with folding the turn here.

I would fold or bluff-raise if your stats show that villain folds a lot against turn raises.
