Should I bet this at any point? I only have a bluff catcher on the river, but I just felt he might be bluffing here

I don’t think you get much value in betting. So I would play it the same way.
You can maybe consider to bluff catch the river, but that would be tricky as well without any info on him.

I think it is a good spot to bluff catch against thinking opponents coz if we think through the hand we would see a bet OTF protecting a 7x other low pairs and semibluffing a lowdraw board. OTT Ax and sets which decided to slowplay had to vb and protect against draws. OTR A looks like a blank and you loose only to 44-66 which again are not very likely after the flop action.
