Can we squeeze here? Hand sample was 123 at the time and he folded to 3Bets 100%. Not a great sample but what do you guys think?
1. We cannot squeeze. In order to squeeze, you need to have someone opening and at least one other calling.
2. If he folds much vs 3b, you can 3b here, but be very cautious if he calls.
If you have position, then you can 3-bet wide (small), but doing it with J♦:6♦: is going over the hill, even in position. Your posted stats indicate that he had raised some 17 times out of 123 and seen a 3-bet how many times? You can conclude (surely correctly) that he is a tight preflop raiser. Without the information about how many times he has faced a 3-bet, you simply don't know much.
There's 7c in the pot. You probably plan to put in 15c or so to win that 7c. You need more than 2/3 folds from both BB and CO. You may ask if you don't win some even of they call? No you don't, unless you play J♦:6♦: OOP better than the average guy with position on you. If you do that, you wouldn't be playing micros.
There are added problems with going too wide. Opponents see (sooner or later) what you are doing. You can turn that to your advantage if you are extraordinarily good. I personally find it quite troublesome even in position with observant opponents, and simply have to cut back. I might 3-bet 15% during some sessions, the bulk of it coming from in position. It takes a lot more concentration than "regular ranges", since you end up in unusual spots so often.
Sure, if they all fold enough, there should be nothing to stop you from stealing the pots preflop. But that assessment is really up to you and some simple mathematics.
