Oh sorry I play spin & go. Also, I followed the static graph for spins here in PS, and I got a stats like 42/41 I don't know but doesn't this seem really high? I know I can't wait for strong hands but I'll be in position where I got nothing and can't make villain to fold a lot given I'm playing at .25

I’m not playing to many Spin & Go’s, but you will play 3 handed and HU. So I don’t think a VPIP and PFR of 40 isn’t that high. If you would 6 max or 9 max SNG and you would only check the stats of 3 handed play and HU you would have also this kind of stats most likely.
