Why would you flat?

1.8K hands should be enough sample for you to have reads or assign an accurate range.

In terms of GTO this should be a fold i guess. You have higher pairs to call with as well as strong flushdraws with over cards.

It can also be a case of experience. Because with me, it raises questions. With who do we want to go postflop with a squeeze? What are we up against? How sure are we that BTN will fold with a 43% F3B? We have a large sample. I would need more info here from BTN since we have reliable stats. In general, do we have a skill and equity edge postflop here?

We need fold-to-squeeze stat.
We want BU to fold and isolate the fishy SB.

And what if MP 4b if we flat?

Indeed, we need those stats. 4B from MP that is an easy fold. Limp/raises from micro players are usually veeery strong

I think squeezing this pre is fine. OTF you could call but folding is not wrong. I think BTN would have shoved KK+ pre and I don't think he is playing JJ,QQ like this postflop? He also has draws in his range.

Why do you think sets are just calling flop?

not so danger flop and I don't know that he will be capable to shove sets and expect that I will call with overpairs, and have another player on hand
