This is the strategy points I made so far but I still didn't recieve any rakeback.. what's wrong? I play at fulltilt and didn't use any FTPs. It says I will get 27% rakeback and admins said once a week and I still didn't recieve it. Is this really true?

Please contact our support via the ticket system. As other users have already received this week's rakeback I don't know why you haven't received yours.
